Overview
Grant Godfrey has a wealth of experience filing nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN, B-1 Business, and J visas. He also has expertise in preparing family and employment-based green cards, including immediate relative, extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, multinational manager, national interest waiver, and PERM-based filings. Grant actively blogs and publishes newsletters on recent immigration law developments and interpretations. Additionally, he frequently presents on immigration topics at schools, consulates, and incubators. Grant is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been recognized for his pro bono representation to the families of members of the U.S. military through the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Military Assistance Program.
